Lisa Harry graduated from UC Davis in 2000 with a BA degree in Animal Science and Management and currently serves as the Program Coordinator. She is the first point of contact for individuals and campus units seeking information regarding Mediation Services. Lisa is a recent UCD hire and brings extensive experience in client relations, customer service and office management.

Maureen Brodie has worked in a variety of positions at UC Davis since 1985. Currently the Associate Director of Advising Services, Maureen is also a part-time senior mediator, serving in this position since 1994. Maureen's professional mediation experience includes facilitating the development of communication protocols for groups, conducting individual, multiple party and large group mediations, providing expertise in disability accommodation issues and providing mediation training and continuing education to UC Davis mediators.

Matilda Aidam currently serves as the Director of Mediation Services. She holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from UCLA and has nine years of mediation experience in employment issue cases. Her training includes advanced training at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University and Sacramento Superior Court. Immediately prior to her UCD appointment, Matilda was the Civil Rights Officer for the State of California's civil service system comprised of over 200,000 civil service employees. Matilda served as the chief policy advisor on equal employment opportunity matters and provided indirect oversight for the State Employee Mediation Program for which she previously served as that program's first manager.
